Apple and Google may be in the beginning of a new media battle, but does that mean Madison Avenue should be happy? Jim Edwards at BNET thinks that Google and Apple are like a familiar Japanese movie:

Just as other ad networks have announced iPad advertising SDK, today it is Millenial Media’s turn. Between Apple/Quattro and Google/AdMob and now Mellenial it will be a busy month for mobile ad networks.
